The Ulu knife has been traditionally used by the Inuit Eskimos to cut meat or separate skins for clothing. It is still used for food preparation, but its versatility has long been recognized as a useful tool for chefs and cooks around the entire world.

This blade is hand forged with 1095 and 15N20, high and low carbon steel. It's up to 58-60 HRC on the Rockwell Scale. Very Tough and Durable.
